FAQ
Honest answers. No fine print.
Is a hair transplant permanent?+
Yes. Transplanted follicles are taken from the donor area at the back of the head, which is genetically resistant to balding. Once they re-establish, they grow for life.
When will I see results?+
Most patients see initial growth at 3–4 months, with the final result visible at 12–18 months after the procedure.
Is the procedure painful?+
The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic, so you'll feel no pain during it. Mild tenderness for 2–3 days afterwards is normal and easily managed.
How much does a hair transplant cost?+
Pricing depends on the number of grafts required. Our FUE transplants start from £3,495. You'll receive a tailored quote at your free consultation.
How long is recovery?+
Most patients return to non-physical work within 5–7 days. Strenuous exercise should be avoided for 2–3 weeks.
Will I have visible scars?+
FUE uses 0.7–0.9mm punches that heal as nearly invisible dots within the donor area. Short hair (#1 or #2) hides them completely.
